Please contact us for advice if your product develops a fault. We are often able to turn around faulty electronic products within 1 day of receiving the unit. However, repairs to mechanical meters, or repairs to electronic meters which are complex or require specialist parts, will take longer.
For products which are out of warranty we will diagnose the problem free of charge, and then contact you with a quote for repairs before going ahead with any remedial work.
