Description

Official Bowmonk charging and data cables for BrakeCheck and Tapley EBM decelerometers. These cables are specified to match the electrical and communication requirements of each instrument and are tested for correct operation with Bowmonk hardware and software.

Using the correct cable ensures stable charging and reliable data transfer and helps prevent communication faults during downloads, software updates or calibration checks. Generic cables may charge inconsistently or fail to communicate correctly with the device.

Compatibility notes

• BrakeCheck Original
Uses a round pin USB cable for data transfer and a DC barrel connector for mains charging.

• BrakeCheck Series 2
Older units support round pin USB and DC barrel connections. Newer units use USB only.

• Tapley EBM
Uses USB for data transfer. Charging is not required.
